A seamless journey to quality
At Armanix, we understand the importance of having raw material and finished product in stock to serve our clients quickly. That is why we have developed an efficient and well-structured inventory management system that allows us to maintain a wide stock at all times.
Once the order is received, product availability is checked and both price and departure date are confirmed with our transport agent.
Based on the availability of both product and transport, a quotation is prepared and presented to the client, including price and loading date.
Once the quotation is accepted by the client, we issue a proforma invoice. At this stage, a 50% advance payment is required, after which we immediately begin executing the agreed process.
Our transport agent provides the allocated containers, where our material is carefully loaded.
Once the container is sealed, it is weighed, a packing list is issued, the final invoice is prepared, and the customs clearance process begins.
Immediately upon confirmation of the vessel’s departure, all cargo documentation is automatically sent to the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, and a certificate of origin is issued to meet destination requirements.
The client completes the remaining 50% payment via bank transfer. Immediately afterwards, we send the shipping documents by email, followed by postal mail. We also confirm the exact arrival date of the material so the client can safely coordinate its reception.
